Free for new residents of Hamilton
As part of the Welcoming Week celebration, Waikato Museum is offering this free tour for new migrants, refugees, and international students.
Together we will explore the Museum to learn and experience the rich narratives of our region.
During this tour, you will encounter Te Winika, one of our most significant taonga and the heart of our museum, gifted to the people of Hamilton Kirikiriroa by the Maaori Queen, Dame Te Atairangikaahu.
Whaanau-friendly creative activity and morning tea provided. Places are limited, please book online.
