Bluegrass Jam for young musicians

Suitable for ages 8-16

Hamilton County Bluegrass Band’s Paul Trenwith and Southwell School’s Director of Instrumental Music Victoria Trenwith lead a jam session for young musicians. Bring your mandolin, banjo, violin or guitar. Harmonicas, dulcimers and amplified basses also welcome. Share songs, make new friends, and get a chance to play along with a bluegrass music legend.

Students should have some note reading experience and a good level of playing ability on their instruments. Tablature and chord charts will be provided. Please bring your music stand if you have one.
